Those of us born in '55 graduated in '73.
On our 55th reunion we'll be 73 years old.

Do the math.

It doesn't work that way for everyone else.

Fun or what!?!?

At least it works for some of us. I was born in 1954 which makes me one of the oldest in our class. It so happens that I liked second grade so much I did it twice.

We have a few hits and misses in the class.

One classmate who was suppose to graduate with us got held back her Junior year on the grounds that she missed a year of education while she was attending HS in France. Her father was a nuclear physicist who was there on a one year sabbatical. I always thought that was so unfair, that her Junior year in HS in France, where she was almost a straight A student, was probably a far more enriching and educational year than here. She didn't even have summer break, school was all year long.

And then there's another who kicked it up a notch and skipped her Junior year, and went straight to Senior year with enough credits to graduate early. I always wondered how she got around the gym requirements, as *I* had to make up missed gym classes in order to graduate.

Anyway, Tom... glad you're in OUR class! Smile
